  • We conduct all sessions via telehealth on Simple Practice so you can experience therapy from the comfort of your own home. We also offer phone sessions as an option for those who do not like video, although, for couples we highly recommend video.

  • Please contact us for questions around fee.

  • During your first session, we will ask questions to get to know what is bringing you to therapy. Towards the end of the session, we will ask you how it feels speaking with us and we can determine if we are a good fit. If a certain therapist is not the right person to help, we are more than happy to say so and we will find you the appropriate referral. It may also take a few sessions to determine if we are the right fit.

  • If you’d like to get started, schedule a free 20-minute consult to see if we are a good fit. In the 20 minute consult, we can decide if it seems like a good fit. If so, we can schedule a session. To schedule a free 20 minute consult, click here.

  • We do not take insurance. However, we can provide a superbill every month that you can give to your insurance so they will reimburse you for part of the cost. Not all insurance accept superbills; please check with your insurance to see if they accept superbills.
