Therapy for Empaths

Let your relationships thrive.

You are here because:

You constantly empathize with others; it’s almost as if you can feel the feelings of the people around you as if they are your own. This leaves you feeling tired, frustrated and overwhelmed. Your relationships consistently feel unequal, with you being the one giving more than you receive. You feel desperate to feel less of what others feel and to be able to prioritize yourself, but it feels too hard. You want to take care of yourself, but caring for others feels so natural to you that you are not even sure what taking care of yourself would look like.

You think to yourself, “Why am I so sensitive?” & “How can I feel better?”

You are ready to:

  • be your empathetic self without compromising your energy

  • feel energized and feel a sense of balance

  • give yourself permission to prioritize yourself more

  • create boundaries that honor your well-being

  • choose relationships that feel fulfilling

As your therapist, this is how we can help:

  • We support you in understanding how you became an empath and the ways in which it has served you. With compassion, we will identify the many strengths you have and also the patterns you want to change.

  • We will look at your current relationships and how they are making you feel. We will look at what gets in the way of boundaries and what draws you into the role of caregiver.

  • We will help you create different boundaries that honor your true needs.

  • We help you explore what more fulfilling relationships would look like in your life.

  • We will also look into what kind of self-care would feel energizing and what kind of life is possible when you are focused on your true needs and desires.

Things can get better. We can help.
